Our Mission
CLEAR (Coalition for Local Ethics, Accountability, and Reform) exists to expose, prevent, and address government corruption, misconduct, and abuse of power through transparency, education, investigation support, and public accountability. We empower residents, protect whistleblowers, promote ethical governance, safeguard public funds, and support fair access to government contracting.
CLEAR is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, public-interest organization dedicated to strengthening ethical government and restoring public trust through accountability.
